CBD Works for Pets!

Cats and dogs are mammals just like humans, so they too have an endo-cannabinoid system!  This network of chemical receptors throughout their furry little bodies interacts powerfully with cannabinoids like CBD, but it is up to the pet owner to administer these beneficial compounds.

While most pets are extremely sensitive to THC, CBD has shown to be non-toxic and non-psychoactive in the sense that it does not cause any "high" generally associated with cannabis.

CBD has shown to do the following for our furry companions:

  • Reduce general anxiety, separation anxiety, & social anxiety
  • Reduce arthritic pain & inflammation
  • Reduce or eliminate seizures
  • Reduce nausea
  • Stimulate appetite

As always, results will vary from animal to animal. It might even take a day, or two, or three to finally start alleviating some of those issues... But CBD works! Your pet will thank you!  In case you were wondering, one of the easiest ways to administer CBD to your cat or dog is by simply adding it into their food. For dogs, peanut butter is a good choice. Several of our CBD products are coconut oil based, which provides a tasty treat for your pet and gives them a shiny coat.

Although CBD is completely safe and natural for your pets, you should always first discuss it with your Vet.

If any of our products have helped your pet, we would love to hear about it! Make sure to contact us to leave a testimonial. We might just send you something for free!

Check out this awesome video one of our customers shared with us! The video on the left shows his dog before starting our CBD oil. The dog suffered from an auto-immune disease that attacked his spine, so Mark had to build a custom wheelchair for his pup. Nearly four months later, he is running and playing. Please take a few minutes to watch these before and after videos! Thanks for sharing, Mark!
